Reporting a problem

It helps a lot if you include:

  • Which trainer you were using, and the instrument or settings if relevant.
  • What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
  • Your device and browser, for example "Chromebook, Chrome" or "iPhone, Safari".

If you found a fingering or position that looks wrong, tell us the instrument and the written note. Alternate fingerings differ between teachers, so we're glad to hear which ones your students learn.

Teachers and directors

You're welcome to use Band Trainer with your classes. You don't need to ask permission. If there's a drill that would help your program, or you'd like a feature for classroom use, send us a note.

Students

You don't need to email us to use the site. If you do write, please don't include personal details like your full name, address or school. See our Privacy Policy.
